Q: How much is it to stay here. When is the best time to book? Do you offer any discounts?
A: The cheapest place to check and is always online, even if you walk into the front desk! The best time to book is between 30 and 90 days ahead of time, but don’t wait for the busiest weeks. Additionally, we offer 10% to students and military. Use code “student” on check out and be prepared to show proof on arrival! This cannot be added after booking.
Q: How do I find the hostel? How do I get there from the airport
A: Park City Hostel is located off of Kearns Blvd on Sidewinder Dr. Nearby the foot of Park City. The address is 1781 Sidewinder Dr. on the far left-hand side of the white building. We recommend not bringing a car (while parking is available). You can arrange an airport shuttle on the home page, just click the link. There is a $6 public bus thrice in the morning and thrice in the afternoon. It takes two hours. Click Here to see the Bus Route in Google Maps and see the Bus Schedule! Uber and Lyft are options as well and run ~$45 without a multiplier.
Q: Do your rooms have the bathrooms attached? How many guests for each bathroom?
A: As nice as a personal bathroom is, all of Park City Hostels’ bathrooms are located in the hallways near the rooms. There is at least one bathroom or shower room for every 4 people staying with us. We take special care to keep them clean and stock them with fancy soaps (seriously people, I love the green tea body wash we use)
Q: Is there a kitchen for me to cook in?
A: Park City Hostel has a large kitchen for you to use. It has many things that you may need, but we ask that you help us keep it clean while you are cooking. Everything you need to clean the dishes is provided also
Q: Do you Accept Short or Long Term Housing.
A: Park City Hostel is not designed for housing. There is a 28 day limit on reservations, at which time you must leave the hostel at least for one night. Reservations longer than two weeks may be placed in a different area of the hostel at the discretion of the hostel staff. International residents may apply for an exemption to this long-term policy. Please email us for an application
Q: How far away is Park City Hostel from the mountain?
A: Park City Hostel is a 10-minute free bus ride from the base of Park City literally feet away from our front door. We are directly located on the city-wide late-night bus that runs until 2 am
Q: Are there lockers for me to keep my stuff in?
A: We have lockers located in every room with enough room for your valuables. We have locks for sale if you forget to bring one
